- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled without penalty if done within one hour of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the preparation of perishable items.
- Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
